My journey has lead me to be a community advocate in a vast array of communities in Aurora and the surrounding areas. My position at PRC has lent me the opportunity to meet other nonprofit agencies in which PRC has been able to assist in making a new home feel like home to our indigent, refugee and veteran populations. The experience in providing beds, furniture as well as providing the children with essential school supplies certainly warms my heart. When I joined the Aurora Home Access, I became intrigued as to who this small group of individuals were so impactful in the community and I wanted to be a part of their synergy in the community. I believe being a part of this board will allow us to be even more expansive in Aurora and the surrounding community especially in our rural areas.
