The Social Determinants of Health Interest Group addresses factors that affect health outside of the doctor’s office: housing, transportation, health equity, poverty, etc.
The Senior Circle Interest Group aims to address and learn about the challenges and resources impacting seniors in Aurora, as well as explore and celebrate collaborations among organizations serving Aurora seniors.
The Kids Interest Group focuses on children’s health resources and initiatives in Aurora.
The Behavioral Health Interest Group focuses on behavioral health resources, gaps, and opportunities for growth in the community.
The Aurora Smiles team works collaboratively to improve access to oral health services in Aurora through dental screenings, outreach, and education.
The Access to Specialty Care Interest Group was created to understand the barriers to, and explore solutions for, accessing specialty care.
